The Veteran's Transport Van is now in operation and doing GREAT !  If you are a Veteran and in need of a ride to Veterans Hospitals or clinics please call.   The service is for Delaware and Philadelphia Veteran Hospitals only.   Some clinics may be also available call to find out.  This took a lot of hard work to get it here in South Jersey.   PLEASE use the FREE transportation it is for us Vets!  We do not want to lose what took so long to acquire.

Our NEW Disabled Veteran's Transportation Van arrived October 18th. It is now in Full operation

• Van appointments must be made at least 2 weeks in advance
  

• Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday are for Delaware Veteran Hospital
  

• Thursday is for Philadelphia Veteran Hospital appointments
  

Please make your hospital or in some cases clinic appointments between 8am - 1 pm, Monday thru Thursday.  There is no transportation service Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.


Pick up and return points are either the DAV 44 in Del Haven, or the VFW 5343 in Villas.  There is no door to door pick up service.  If you can not see or have a problem getting to the pick up points arrangements can be made.  There should be no reason not to go to the Clinics, or VA Hospitals, or not get your needed Medications.  Please call and ask.  Thank You !
